Take your endurance to a new level. This challenge is all about you and your personal growth. Together we will build your strength, stamina and mental fortitude (also known as GRIT). We start with your personal baseline. This is a timed challenge. How long can you go with the rope. We record it and keep track 2 to 3 times per week for six weeks. Start where you are and see where you go. You will have a coach timing you and encouraging you all the way. Practice makes perfect, so the more sessions per week you do, the bigger the benefits.
