I’ve been doing spin class with Shannon for over 15 years so I just followed her to her new studio – and now GritFit keeps me strong, happy, and healthy! As an outdoor cyclist (mountain and road biking), I find spin class to be a hard-core yet fun all-around workout. Shannon teaches skills that are directly applicable to riding "real" bicycles. There are literally no mountains that I cannot climb!
I originally chose GritFit because I wanted to support a local woman-owned business. Shannon brings such a warm, welcoming vibe and so much positive energy to every class and private session! Thanks to Shannon’s ability to offer modifications for injuries, I've been able to achieve a challenging workout, build strength, and have fun in the process. Slow and steady has been a sustainable approach that works for me, and the visible results are a bonus!

I’ve known Shannon for many years, and GritFit is near my home, so this studio was an obvious choice.
