Personal Training 3 month Intensive


How It Goes

3 months 3x per week workout (2 strength training sessions and 1 cardio session) . List your goals and Shannon will take care of the rest. Included in this is weigh and measurements, heart rate/intensity  measuring during cardio and scheduled check ins with goal completion. This is a commitment that you will not be sad you did!
