My name is Shannon Ginn. I have been involved in Asheville's fitness community for over 25 years. I am an avid outdoor cyclist/racer, gym rat and former owner/operator of a Martial Arts Studio. I am passionate about designing workouts that help you reach your personal goals while teaching proper form to prevent injury and fatigue.
